Running the charity has become a full-time job for Darren and Liz with Liz leaving her job to run the charity full time.
Darren remarkably still works nights,only sleeping for a few hours a day, spending the rest of his day doing work for the charity.
All the hours spent running the charity are voluntary. Nobody gets paid.
